What happens inside your body during labor, hormones, baby moving through pelvis & station of baby.

Coping & Comfort Measures

We will go over any laboring positions & copings techniques you have in mind. I will go over evidence-based positions for different stages of labor.

Postpartum Planning

Let's go over any and all questions you may have about the 4th Trimester!! It doesn't have to be a scary time. We will talk about any supplies, comfort measures & any warning signs to look out for.

Breastfeeding Basics

Getting started, milk storage, positions & more!

Continuous Labor Support with 1 hour of Postpartum Support

Any and all comfort measures discussed. I will also snap some pictures of birth if you wish!
